3 cups of thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini 1 cup of Bisquick 1/2 cup of imported Italian cheese 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons of parsley 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt Dash pepper 1/2 cup of oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Put sliced zucchini in 13 x 9 inch Pyrex baking dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together well with electric mixer. Pour over zucchini making sure it spreads evenly. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes until golden brown.
