Place the ground beef in a large bowl, and add the salt, pepper, onions, tomato paste, eggs and the flour. Mix the ingredients well. Hull out the insides of the bell pepper (seeds and pulpy matter) leaving the bottom intact. Stuff the meat mixture into the bell peppers. Place the stuffed peppers in a roasting pan and cover the bottom of pan with water. Bake for 1 hour at 375ºF. Serves 6 |
