| Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
1 pint of mushrooms
One 10 ounce package of frozen spinach soufflé, thawed
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems. Prepare mixture and heap into mushroom caps. Arrange on plate lined with paper towel. Microwave for 3-4 minutes. |
