
| Spinach Balls
2 packages of chopped frozen spinach, thawed & squeeze out moisture 2 small onions, chopped fine One 8 ounce package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing or any flavor croutons 5 large eggs 3/4 cup of melted butter Garlic powder to taste 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella or Parmesan cheese |

Mix in food processor stuffing/or croutons until crumbs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make into teaspoon size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. (Can be frozen at this point.) Bake at 350ºF. for 15-20 minutes. |
