3 ounces of package cream cheese 1 cup of whipping cream 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/4 pound (about 8) finely cut marshmallows One 12 ounce package of sliced strawberries, thawed and drained 1 cup of pecans One 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
Soften cream cheese. Blend in a small amount of stiffly beaten cream, fold cream cheese into the remainder of whipped cream. Mix other ingredients. Put in heart-shaped mold. Freeze until firm. Let stand 3 minutes to thaw. Serve on lettuce. Serves 10.
