Coconut Macaroon Cookies
4 cups of coconut, shredded One 14 ounce can of Eagle Brand milk 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract One 3 ounce package of pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Mix all ingredients well. Mold into cookies. Put on well greased baking pan and chill. Bake at 350ºF. for 8-10 minutes. |
