
| Traditional Sausage Stuffing
1 pound of Bulk sausage 1 large Onion, chopped 4 Ribs celery, chopped 16 ounces of Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth 1/4 pound of butter Thyme to taste Sage to taste Pepper to taste 1 Egg |

Brown and crumble sausage until cooked. Drain well. In drippings sauté onion and celery until tender. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. May be made in advance up to this point. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat stuffing covered for first 30 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, until top is browned.
