
| Mom's Thanksgiving Dressing
1 loaf of white bread 1 1/2 packages of croutons 1 large can of chicken broth 2 sticks butter 1 tablespoon of sage 3 tablespoons of poultry seasoning 6-7 eggs 2 onions 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 1 1/2 cup of water 1 stalk celery |

Break up slices of white bread into pieces and put into large roaster. Add croutons, onions, celery, eggs and seasonings and mix. In saucepan over low heat melt butter, take off stove and add water and chicken broth. Pour these wet ingredients over dry ones in roaster and mix well. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. |
