| Sausage Stuffing Balls
1 pound of fresh pork sausage 1 package of (7-8 oz.) seasoned stuffing 3/4 cup of hot water 1/2 cup of chopped onions 1/2 cup of chopped celery 1 beaten egg 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda |

Combine stuffing with hot water. Break sausage into small pieces. Add to moistened stuffing. Stir in onions, celery, egg and baking soda until blended. Shape into balls using 1/4 cup. Place on baking sheet. Cover with foil tightly. Bake at 325ºF. for 15 minutes. Remove foil. Increase oven temperature to 350ºF. Bake 25 minutes or until sausage is done. |
