| Hot Clam Stuffing
Two 6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/4 pound of butter Oregano to taste 1 medium onion, minced Parsley 1 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs Parmesan cheese, to taste |

Simmer clams in juice (5 minutes). Add butter, oregano, parsley and onion. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese and mix. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in oven at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Serve on crackers. |
