1 1/8 cup of butter or margarine 3/4 cup of minced onions 4 1/2 quarts of day-old bread crumbs or 1/2" sq. (18 c.), lightly packed 1/4 cup of diced celery 1 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning 1/2 cup of snipped parsley 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 2 1/4 teaspoons of salt |

In hot butter in deep kettle, sauté onions until tender. Combine rest of ingredients; add to onions; heat well without browning, stirring frequently. Stuff neck and body of 10 pound turkey. |
