| Black Bean Stuffing
1 pound of pork sausage 1 cup of chopped onion 1 cup of sliced celery One (15 oz.) can black beans One (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms, chopped 1/2 cup of parsley 1/4 cup of oleo, melted 1 teaspoon of dry sage, crumbled 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 5 cups of coarsely crumbled cornbread 1/2-3/4 cup of chicken broth
Mix and bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. |
