1/2 bunch broccoli 3 tablespoons of oil 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of sugar A pinch of salt 1/4 cup of water
Wash, trim and slice broccoli on the bias into 2 inch lengths. Place broccoli in wok and stir fry until bright green and beginning to tenderize. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir. Add water. Cover wok an cook broccoli for 8 minutes. Lift cover during cooking 2 to 3 times to stir broccoli so that it cooks evenly.
