Sauté meat in Crisco oil. Add vegetables and simmer until all are tender. Add tomato sauce and spices; simmer until all flavors are well blended. Turn the heat low and melt the cheese into the sauce. Mix well and serve over cooked spaghetti. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
