Place the chicken in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Simmer until the chicken is tender. Remove the chicken from broth and cool. Remove the chicken from bones and cut into small pieces. Add to broth and season with salt and pepper. Pour in milk and bring to a boil. Split the biscuit and spread with butter. Toast until brown, then crumble into soup. |
