Chinese Style Goulash
2 tablespoons of margarine 1 small Onion, sliced 1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained 2 cups of chicken broth 1 cup of rice, uncooked 2 cups of cooked chicken, cubed 1 medium Green pepper; cut 1/2 cup of celery, diced 1/4 cup of light cream 1 dash Salt and pepper |

Melt margarine in large skillet. Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in margarine until onion is tender. Add chicken broth; heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; cook 10 to 15 minutes. DVD - Save up to 40% on Top Sellers |
