| Garlic Cheese Grits 4 cups water 1 cup quick grits 1 teaspoon of salt 6 oz roll garlic cheese 1 stick margarine 2 well beaten eggs |

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. In a large pan, bring water to a boil. Stir grits & salt into water & cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, margarine, & eggs. Pour into the casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before serving. |
