| Yam Fruit Salad 2 cups of pineapple salad dressing 5 yams, cooked, peeled, sliced 4 bananas, sliced 3 apples, cored and diced 1 cup of golden raisins |
Instructions: Bake the yams, until tender but firm. Test in about 45 minutes. Peel the yams while they are still warm. Combine the diced yams, bananas, apples, and raisins. Toss the salad with the Pineapple Salad Dressing. Makes 6 to 8 servings |
