| Potato Crackers 1 cup of mashed potatoes 1 1/2 cups of unbleached flour (more if the potatoes are moist, less if dry) 1/2 cup of butter, melted |
Instructions: Mix all of the ingredients together to form a stiff dough ball. Divide the dough into fourths and roll each portion onto a well floured board. Try to get the dough thinner than 1/8 of an inch. Gently place the dough on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes. The crackers are done when they begin to brown. While they are soft, cut them into whatever size crackers you prefer and place on a cooling rack. |
