Hot Pickle Pig Feet
6 whole pig feet 4 cucumbers 2 large onions, sliced vinegar peppercorn salt 1 bay leaf |
Instructions: Wash and soak the pig feet in salted water for 1 hour. Wash and cook till done with peppercorn salt and bay leave. In a bowl add the vinegar (enough to cover pig feet). Add sliced onions and cucumber pepper flakes . Add cooked pig feet and toss. Let sit for 1/2 hour to season. |
