Fried Mushrooms 1
1 pound of mushrooms
2 well beaten eggs
salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
flour
breadcrumbs |
Instructions: Wash the mushrooms. Mix the flour with your seasoning mixture. Roll the mushrooms into flour and then dip them in the beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in very hot oil. You can use Ranch Dressing as a dip! |
