Deviled Eggs 2
12 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste |
Instructions: Cut the peeled and hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash with a fork. Combine the remaining ingredients with yolks and blend well. Refill the egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with parsley sprigs, a sprinkling of paprika, small shrimp or crumbled crisp bacon, if desired. Makes 24 deviled eggs. |
