2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. firm tofu 3/4 cup of sautéed mushrooms 1/4 cup of green onions 5 cloves crushed garlic 1/2 cup of grated carrots 1/4 cup of bread crumbs 1/2 cup of chopped toasted walnuts 1 cup of rolled oats 1/4 cup of cooked rice 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 egg, beaten
In a medium bowl, mash tofu, and stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties and fry in oiled skillet. Top with your favorite toppings and serve on a whole wheat bun.
