Tuna and Black Bean Salad
30 ounces of canned black beans, rinsed & drained 1 teaspoon of black pepper 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup of sliced pimentos 12 ounces of canned tuna in water, drained and flakedCombine the beans and all of the other ingredients, except the tuna, and mix well. Just before servings, carefully add the tuna to the mixture. Refrigerate after adding tuna. |
