| | Norwegian Chef Salad 1 head of romaine lettuce 1 small red onion, sliced thin 6 radishes, sliced 1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced thin 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes 3 ounces of light Jarlsberg cheese, cut into strips 1 3/4 ounce can of sardines packed in water, drained 1/4 cup of fat free red French dressing or Lemon Shaker Dressing |

Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite size pieces. In a salad bowl, toss together the greens, onions, radishes and cucumber. Arrange the tomatoes, cheese strips, and sardines on top of the salad. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
