Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Stir in flour, dillweed, salt, pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till mixture thickens and bubbles. Blend in mayonnaise and onion, fold in cooked potatoes. Spoon into serving dish, sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
