| Garden Potato Salad One 14 1/2 ounce can of whole new potatoes, drained & cubed 1/4 cup of thinly sliced celery 1/4 cup of shredded carrot 1/4 cup of sliced green onions 1/4 cup of light mayonnaise 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard Combine the potatoes, celery, carrot and onions. Blend in the mayonnaise with mustard, stir into the potato mixture. Chill. An easy dish for picnics or barbecues! |
