1 cup of boiled carrots, chopped fine 2 tablespoons of sweet pickles 1 cup of celery, cut fine 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 small onion (or several green onions)
Mix all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce leaves with a dash of paprika sprinkled on top.
