Bohemia Rice Stuffing

3 cups of cooked rice 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste 1 egg 1 tablespoon of soft butter 1 medium onion Giblets 5 pounds of chicken or duck |
| Combine all ingredients except onion, giblets and duck. Boil onion and giblets until almost tender; grind in food grinder. Add to rice mixture and stir. Pack chicken or duck with stuffing as roast as usual. Left-over stuffing can be baked in a buttered casserole.
