Acapulco Rice

16 ounces of tomato Sauce 1/2 cup of water 3 teaspoons of chili powder 1 1/2 cups of Minute rice 1/2 cup of crushed tortilla chips 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese |

Combine the tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
