2 cans chicken and rice soup 1 cup of uncooked rice 1 1/2 cup of water 1 stick margarine 1 large chopped bell pepper 1 small jar of pimiento 1 large chopped onion 1 large jar of sliced mushrooms
Mix all ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes at 350ºF. Stir occasionally.
