| Spareribs with Barbecue Sauce (Pressure Cooker)
3 pounds of Spareribs Salt and pepper Paprika 1 tablespoon of Shortening 1 large Onion, sliced 1/4 1/4 cup of catsup 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon of Chili powder 1/4 1/4 teaspoon of Celery seed 1/2 1/2 cup of water |

Cut ribs into serving pieces. Season with salt, pepper, & paprika. Heat Cooker and add shortening. Brown ribs on both sides. Add onion. Combine catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, celery seed, and water. Pour over meat in Cooker. Close cover securely. Place Pressure Regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 min. with Pressure Regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
