Heat the broth to boiling in a 10 inch skillet. Stir in the broccoli, turkey, and tarragon. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp tender. Stir in couscous, remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff couscous mixture with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings |
