Combine the flour and the salt, then dredge the chicken with the flour mixture. Dip in the egg, then roll in the crumbs. Place in a greased baking dish and dot with butter, then cover. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Remove the cover and bake until chicken is tender and browned. 6 servings |
