| Au Gratin Potatoes 2
One 2 pound bag of frozen hash browns
1 small onion
1 pint of half and half
1 1/2 sticks of margarine
12 slices of American cheese
One 12 ounce large curd cottage cheese

Put frozen hash browns in greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Dice onions on top of hash browns. Heat together half and half, margarine and cheese. Remove from heat. Add cottage cheese. Pour sauce over potatoes. Let stand 1 hour or overnight before baking. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. |
