1 quart of chopped green tomatoes 1 quart of chopped ripe tomatoes 3 sweet red peppers, chopped 1 1/2 cups of vinegar 1/2 cup of salt 5 small onions, chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 2 1/4 cups of sugar
Cover green tomatoes with salt and let stand overnight or 12 hours. Drain and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Cook together for 30minutes. Seal while hot.
