Norwegian Pecan Balls
1 cup of soft butter 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 cups of flour 1/2 cup of powdered sugar 1 cup of chopped pecans
Mix butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour and nuts. Make small balls. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 15 or 20 minutes at 350ºF. Roll in powdered sugar. Makes 5 dozen. |
