In a 1 quart casserole combine the rice, water, margarine and bouillon granules. Add the broccoli and green or sweet red pepper, if desired. Cook, covered on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp tender. Let is stand, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Stir before servings. Makes 2 servings |
