1 small Mango, peeled, pitted 1 Chili; serrano, seeded and One lime; juice of 1 1/2 tablespoons of bell pepper, red, diced 1/2 cup of cantaloupe; diced 1/2 cup of honeydew melon; diced 2 tablespoons of cucumber; peeled, diced and 1/2 cup of Jicama; peeled, diced 2 teaspoons of Cilantro, chopped 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 2 tablespoons of sour cream |

In a food processor or blender, puree lime juice, mango and chile. Place diced vegetables and fruit in a mixing bowl, add puree and combine. Mix in cilantro, salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Gently fold in sour cream. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l. |
