| Basic Salsa 1
4 medium tomatoes 1 large onion A pinch of sugar 4-6 green chili peppers 1/2 bunch cilantro/Chinese parsley, stems removed Salt, pepper, chili powder to taste |
| Chop the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chili peppers in food processor until chunky; mix well. Add sugar, salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Mix well and allow to sit in refrigerator for at least an hour. Great in omelet's, over grilled chicken with warm tortillas. Grill and serve with salsa and tortillas. Back to Mexican recipes |
