| Crab & Olive Quesadillas
8 ounces of crabmeat, flaked 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip salad dressing 1/2 cup of (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers 1/2 cup of pitted sliced black olives 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Spread 2 tablespoons mixture onto each tortilla; fold in half. Bake in 400ºF. oven 8 minutes or until golden. Cut each into 4 wedges. Makes 32. Bake to Mexican recipes |
