| Cantaloupe Seed Horchata 1 cup of cantaloupe seeds, stringy membranes, and juice from 2 cantaloupes, depending on size 1 cup of cold water 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
