1 pound of turkey kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 large stalk celery, sliced 1 large onion, chopped 1 can of baby corn 1 can of condensed cream of celery soup 1 1/2 cups of baby carrots, large ones should be halved 1 small pack of frozen peas 3 small red potatoes, cubed 3 to 4 1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup of sliced zucchini 1/2 teaspoon of thyme cooking oil |

Heat cooking oil in large pan. Sauté kielbasa, onion, and celery. Add soup and gradually stir in 1 cup water. Add remaining vegetables and thyme. Bring to a boil and stir until vegetables are just tender.
