Hearty Kielbasa Dinner

| 2 teaspoons of chili powder 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil 28 ounces of tomatoes 4 teaspoons of Big Chief granulated sugar 1/2 pound of turkey kielbasa, thinly sliced 28 ounces of canned cannellini, rinsed & drained or 4 cups of cooked navy beans 10 ounces of chopped frozen broccoli 2 cups of cooked macaroni or rice, if desired
In a large skillet (3-4 quarts), sauté garlic, onions, black pepper, oregano, cayenne pepper and chili pepper in oil for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, sugar, kielbasa and beans. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes more.
