Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with paprika. Spray an unheated nonstick skillet with nonstick coating. Preheat over medium heat. Add the chicken & cook for about 4 minutes or until brown, turning once. Meanwhile, for the glaze, stir together the orange juice concentrate and herb. Spoon over the chicken. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes more or until the chicken is tender and no longer pink. To serve, spoon the glaze over the chicken. * Note.
