MACARONI SALAD (CHICKEN)
Four 1 pound packages of saladette macaroni 1 good-sized celery stalk 4 green peppers 1 large or 3 small bottles pimento 5 dry onion, medium size 1 pint jar sweet pickle relish 15 1/2 pounds of stewing hens 1 1/2 quart of salad dressing |

Cook macaroni until tender. Cut up celery, peppers and onions. Add pimento and sweet pickle relish. Cook chicken until completely done. Dice when cool, add to other ingredients. Toss with dressing. Will serve 100. |
