3 cups of matzoh farfel 5 eggs, separated 4 tablespoons of sugar 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of salt 1 stick melted margarine 2 cups of apple sauce 1 can crushed pineapple
Wet farfel. Beat yolks, salt, sugar, and margarine. Mix with farfel. Add applesauce, pineapple, cinnamon. Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes.
