5 pounds of whitefish, ground 3 pounds of yellow pike, ground 5 eggs 2 small onions, chopped fine Salt 4 tablespoons of sugar Carrot Pepper
Combine onions and 2 eggs. Mix in fish, salt, sugar and 3 eggs. Form fish into balls. Place the cut up carrot, onions and 1/2 pot water into 6 quart pot. Add the fish one by one. Cook about 1 hour. Taste water; add salt, sugar or pepper to taste. Cook 1 more hour.
