 
| Apricot Noodle Kugel
1/2 pound of medium noodles 3 eggs 12 ounces of jar apricot jelly 1/2 cup of cold water 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine 1/4 pound of white raisins
TOPPING: 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon |

Boil noodles and drain. Melt butter. In bowl, beat eggs and add other ingredients. Smear butter on all sides of pan and then add remaining ingredients. Then add noodles. Pour into pan. Push raisins down. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 45 minutes at 350ºF. |
