Sparkling Green Punch

One 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Two 6 ounce cans of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cups of cold water
A few drops of green food coloring
Two 28 ounce bottles of diet ginger ale, chilled
Ice cubes

 

Mix the concentrate, water, and food coloring in a large pitcher and refrigerate until serving time. At serving time, pour into a punch bowl and stir in the ginger ale. Serve over ice cubes. Makes 16 servings. Great served on St. Patrick's Day!
